These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Credit Enforcement by Everlast Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By enrolling in the program or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Credit Enforcement provides a membership-based credit consulting, coaching, and documentation preparation program. Services may include:
We do not guarantee specific deletions, score increases, or outcomes. Each case is evaluated individually.
Credit Enforcement operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. Current plans are:

Founding Member pricing ($79/month) is available for a limited 60-day period and limited to the first 20 members. After the founding period ends, regular pricing applies. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to participate.
Because this is a consulting and coaching service where value is delivered through live sessions, documentation preparation, and ongoing strategy, refunds are not provided for services already rendered. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

No refund will be issued if a member is removed for cause.
All members must maintain an active paid credit monitoring service for the duration of their membership. Accepted services include: ScoreSense, IdentityIQ, PrivacyGuard, CreditCheck Total, Experian CreditWorks, and SmartCredit. Free credit apps such as Credit Karma are not accepted. The cost of credit monitoring is the member's responsibility.
Standard Membership ($79/month) members are responsible for all letter mailing costs, including printing, postage, and certified mail fees (approximately $9 per letter). Full Service Membership ($139/month) members have mailing handled and postage included in their plan.
Credit Enforcement is not a law firm. We are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. We do not represent clients in court. Our services consist of consulting, coaching, education, and documentation preparation.
We do not guarantee account removal, credit score increases, specific timelines, loan approvals, or any particular outcome. Results depend on individual credit history, creditor reporting accuracy, member participation, and external factors beyond our control.
Credit Enforcement shall not be liable for credit decisions by lenders, loan denials, interest rates, financial losses, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Any dispute arising from services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hampton, Virginia. Members agree to waive participation in class action lawsuits and jury trials.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
By submitting payment or enrolling in the program, the member agrees that electronic signatures are valid and electronic communication is binding.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active members. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy and security practices govern the handling of payment data.
We may share your information with credit reporting agencies and creditors (as part of the dispute process), service providers and payment processors, mailing and delivery services (Full Service members), and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We implement reasonable security measures including encryption, secure communication channels, access controls, and regular monitoring. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Upon request, we will delete your data in accordance with applicable law.

By providing your contact information and enrolling in the program, you agree to receive service-related communications via email, phone, and text message. You may opt out of marketing communications by replying STOP or contacting [email protected]. Service-related messages necessary for your active membership may not be opted out of.
